WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING?


I offer support, encouragement & guidance towards your specific health & fitness related goals. No matter the goal, whether it be, weight loss, muscle gain, maintaining a healthy lifestyle or strength training, I cater for it all.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Individual, personal nutrition plans that will be tailored to your specific needs. These are specific to you, I like to add in your personal favourite foods (I want you to enjoy what you eat!) These plans are trial & error. What works for someone else may not work for you, it may take a few changes until I get to know how your body responds.


WEEKLY CHEK-INS


with questions for you to answer in as much detail as well as tracking in the form of weight, measurements, photos to help me track your progress & to make any adjustments to your plan if needed. A training plan (this will be tailored to either gym or home workouts depending on what you prefer) All plans will be made within 48hours (a lot of work goes into a personalised plan/training plan).


IT'S A COMMITMENT


Online coaching is a commitment; you will get the results you want to see if like anything, you work hard for it. The plans I devise will be based around your current lifestyle & a healthy way of living with no drastic diet or training – the key to a long term lifestyle change is flexibility, balance, a healthy relationship with food, training, rest & recovery.
