I have no words for these progress pitures to be honest.
This girl came in and worked her ass off, both in and out of the GYM. Giving it 100% at all times and my goodness it did pay off.
It just shows you what you can achieve in 8 weeks if you put your mind to it, a massive well done!

BMR FORMULA
This is the BMR FORMULA so:
(10 x weight in KG) + (6.25 x height in cm) - (5 x age in years) - 161 = BMR
How to get your maintenance cals?
Take your BMR and X by your activity levels below:
1. little to no exercise = x1.2
2. light exercise = x1.375
3. moderatley active = x1.55
4. very active =x1.725
5. extra active = x1.9
Then to ensure your in a calorie deficit take your maintenance calories that you have just worked out and minus 300-500 calories and this will be your daily calories! review every x 4-6 weeks! *Females Only*
